How do the EPS kits work? Our power steering conversions work by integrating EPS (electronic power steering) motors in to the steering column. An integrated torque sensor detects the movement of the steering wheel and provides instantaneous assistance when required. They are fully electric and require no hydraulic fluid. They also require no maintenance. In most applications the motor is hidden behind the steering column out of view.
